The subject list used in the journal, article and user profile pages in DergiPark has been changed. With the new subject list, it is aimed to meet global and traditional needs, to provide accurate reviewer selection and to obtain bibliometric analyzes. The subjects, which were previously collected under 2 main headings, Science and Social Sciences, were prepared in English and Turkish in the form of bipartite tree structure under 22 main headings with a new approach.
The first list available is the 2023 release. Addition or correction suggestions to the list will be evaluated at the end of the year and the 2024 version will be put into use. Feedback for this annual transaction will only be accepted through DergiPark Help Desk (https://jira.ulakbim.gov.tr/servicedesk/customer/portal/3).
The subject selections will contribute to the appointment of accurate reviewers, national and international collaborations, bibliometric analyzes and the presentation of DergiPark statistical data.
When choosing a subject;
- General headings in the first level will not be used.
- When a subject is selected from the second level, all subjects at the third level will be listed as selected, and the ones that are not wanted to be included can be removed.
